We lay driveways, patios, paths, and car parks in tarmac and resin – handling everything from the first dig to the final finish.
Run by Family
Jed grew up around the trade, so setting up Gower Tarmac was almost inevitable.
Growing up in The Gower, his father had groundworks machines, and Jed was driving them before most kids his age could ride a bike. Decades on, a hands-on, family-run approach runs through everything Gower Tarmac does.
Jed’s sister works in the business, his wife handles the paperwork, and the lads on the team have been doing this work for years.
Groundworks is a trade we know inside-out, passed down and built on.

A small detail, but it changes everything: Our own lorries (including a hotbox that keeps the tarmac at temperature while we lay it); our own grab lorry to take spoil away; our own diggers and machinery for the groundworks.
